Park Mold Tenant Union
A union comprised of current and former residents of Park Ridge Estates in Durham, NC. Our goal is to organize in order to advocate and ensure fair treatment of tenants facing improper maintenance, excessive mold, and health hazards.

The Park Mold Tenant Union was formed to protect tenants from improper maintenance, excessive mold, and health issues. We advocate for tenant rights to ensure fair treatment.
Why We Exist
Many tenants face dangerous living conditions including mold infestations, inadequate maintenance, and health hazards. Our union provides collective strength and resources to address these issues and protect tenant rights.
